There is something I want you to know about me. I have an addiction to buying water bottles, cups, and water in strange packaging. Oh you sell overpriced water in a bottle that looks like a flask {HERE}...I'll buy it. You make a cup with a metal straw {HERE}...I'll buy it. Finally, my post today is about what else, but water in a box. A box! {HERE}

Maybe I'm just really gullible, but I had to try it. I think it tastes great! I mean it's water, I don't know how much of a review I can give you about the water itself, but the company is great! If you snap a picture with Boxed Water and hashtag #retree, Boxed Water will plant two trees. You can bet that I will be posting my box to Instagram with the hashtag. Maybe you aren't interested in funky packaged water like I am, but i bet you would like to see two trees get planted just for posting a picture to twitter or instagram. I recommend you giving it a try. If nothing else, you will definitely start some interesting conversations with your friends, co-workers, or even a stranger.

Minted was kind enough to give me a credit after I reviewed some of their products. I was quite happy, because I absolutely fell in love with so many of their things! So I wanted to share with you the three things I ordered.

I wanted something that I could use to jot down blog post ideas on, and while a simple spiral notebook would have sufficed, this pretty thing will make me even more motivated. Right?

I shared in my first review that I've recently been obsessed with geodes and crystals. I have a pair of beautiful book ends that I will share once I find them (oh the joys of moving house multiple times). I love this print and love the frame even more! I can't wait to hang it up (which won't be for a few more months as we will be making our final move in January).

This last thing I ordered was a must as I love Kansas, and want to show a little Kansas pride in my home. Also, I mean the gold foil print is just super trendy! I love the frame on this one too.

Minted shipped my order in three separate boxes, which I thought was kind of strange. However, the packaging was amazing! The two framed pieces were so securely packaged. They came with a certificate of authenticity and a little note from the artist. The shipping was also incredibly fast.

I highly recommend that you check out Minted if you are in the market for art or any type of stationary.

So as you can see from the title, I'm starting off #NoBuyJuly on the right foot...with a haul! Note: these things were all purchased before July, so that means they don't count against me. However, I have already had one minor slip up because I had to purchase Jaclyn Hill's Becca Champagne Pop Shimmering Skin Perfecter. I mean there was no way i could pass it up. It's limited edition and I had to support her. With that exception, I've been good. We are only four days into July though, so I'm not off to a great start.

I'm going to stop writing about my failures and start writing about my awesome purchases! I'm so excited for the new things I got. I feel like they are unique and wonderful!

This Smith & Cult nail polish has just blown my socks off! The color is gorgeous and unique, a bluish purple. It was opaque in two coats, and it didn't chip at all for three days (that's a long time for me). You can find this polish{HERE}.

I have a confession...80% of the reason I bought this product and this shade is because of the name...Let that sink in. I paid $32 for something because it was named for one of my favorite historical figures. I have a problem. I did hear good things about the product from one of my favorite YouTubers, so that was the other 20% of the reason I bought it. Charlotte Tilbury is a little expensive for me, but there has been a lot of hype over the brand, so I'm happy to have at least one product to test from the brand. I haven't used it yet, but now that I got the blog pictures done, will be wearing it tomorrow! You can buy it {HERE}.

MAC's Dazzleshadows are amazing! Now I'm not usually one to wear glittery eyeshadows, i mean who like the glitter fallout, I couldn't stop myself from buying this one shadow. The one I bought is is 'Say it isn't so'. Again, I haven't used it yet, but I swatched it in store and it's gorgeous! You can get yours {HERE}.

The last beauty product in this haul is the It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+ foundation. I read a lot of information about this product. I love that it has great color correction, spf, and anti-aging serum. I have a lot of redness in my face, so I am hoping that this product will do great things and even out my skin. You can find it {HERE}.

Last but not least, I mentioned a little Kate Spade Addiction that I've been suffering from...well here is a small part of it. I wanted an agenda to try to keep myself more organized, and this thing is so adorable. You can find it {HERE}. The mug and paper weight are for my office. I don't drink coffee, so I'm going to be using it as a pencil/pen holder. You can find them {HERE} and {HERE}.

Well I hoped you enjoyed my last haul for a little while! Let me know if you'd like a review on anything that I hauled.

I have never been very successful at holding myself accountable for No Buys, Project Pans, ect. However, I am going to hold myself accountable this month of July. I’ve recently been on a spending spree thanks to my obsession with Kate Spade and a little help from an $800 dollar casino win (which is not a normal occurrence). I will probably be needing some encouraging words (or tweets @OhSoKansas), because this is going to be hard.

My goal in this No Buy July is to one: use the products I have instead of ignoring them for newly purchased items. And two: to start saving money to put down for a house. I’m starting my goal out small by just doing it for one month, but hopefully I can be strong and extend it through the summer.

What that mean for you all (my lovely readers), is that you will be getting reviews! Yay for reviews! So tell me, what are you most interested in seeing reviewed? Makeup? Kate Spade items? Let me know what you’re thinking and I’ll try to get it done!

My most recent obsession lately has been the app Poshmark. Have you heard of it? It's an app that you can buy and sell new and used clothing and accessories. When I first found out about it, I was just buying, but the more I bought, the more I realized I had plenty I could sell. So I've been buying and selling for close to 2 months now. I've made almost $500 in that time. I do have to admit that most of that money I have spent buying other items. Whoops!

I don't feel as guilty though spending so much money because I am selling items that I no longer wear or use. Things I might sell for a dollar or two at a garage sale, I am getting five to ten for on Poshmark.

What I love most about Poshmark is that they do all the leg work. Once an item sells, they send you notification with a shipping label. All that you have to do is wrap it up in a box free box from the post office. Your buyer pays the shipping cost on top of the item cost. They often have buying blitzes where the shipping cost can get as low as $0.99. Finally the best part about the shipping is it is 2 day priority shipping.

Once the buyer accepts the item, the money from the sale is automatically added to your Poshmark balance. You then have access to spend the money on Poshmark, or transfer the money to your bank account.

Most of my transactions have been great! I did receive two items from two sellers that were damaged. In one case Poshmark sent me a return label and I sent it back to the seller and was reimbursed. The second time I was allowed to keep the item, and i received reimbursement in the form of Poshmark credit. Both times, Poshmark was fast and easy to work with and I didn't have to deal with the seller.

If this sounds like something you might be interested in, you can use my code BLLJH and get a free $5 credit!

Recently I stumbled upon an awesome website that has some products that I am totally obsessing over! The website is called Minted. Their products range from home decor, to save-the-date cards, and even personalized art. I think their concept of selling designs from artists all over the world is really amazing. Scrolling through the website, I find something I'm in love with (and need of course) about every five pictures. My current obsessions are metallics, black and white tribal prints, and crystals. I thought I would share just a couple things i found with you to give you an idea of the products they offer.

{I love this one for obvious reasons!}

{Geodes and crystals just make my day!}
{I have always loved simple black and white. Recently that has transformed into loving black and white prints, more specifically tribal prints.}

{Last but definitely not least, Minted offers stationary, invitations, and party supplies. I wish I would have known about Minted when I was struggling through planning my nieces baby shower. Their stuff is trendy, adorable, and most importantly affordable!}

I love that you have the option to buy the art with or without framing. When I place my order, I will most likely get my art framed because they have multiple frame options and they are all great!

If you are in the market for some new home decor or needing save the date cards, I really hope you will take a minute to check out Minted. I promise, you won't be disappointed!

Minted was very generous to give me a $50 credit for one of my lucky readers to win. Please enter the giveaway below!
